Rezumat: This research illustrates how a small-size interior goods manufacturer, Bunaco, utilized talent diversity and created cross-border initiatives to innovate products, services and the business model. It also provides insight into how legacy firms can successfully activate inclusion and provide opportunities for organizational transformation and business growth.
